- DAY 1: Flight to Tarapoto - Moyobamba
We will pick you up at Tarapoto Airport. Then we will drive to Moyobamba town with some selected stops along the road. There is a spot for Oilbird and other species along our way to our first birding spot. We will have a chance to enjoin with feeders for hummingbirds for the rest of the morning and in the afternoon we will go to Morro de Calzada Reserve and surroundings. If we are okay we will search for some owls. Night in Hotel
Birds: Russet-backed Oropendola, Yellow-rumped Cacique, Oilbird, White-eyed Parakeet, Blue-tailed Emerald, Rufous-crested Coquette, Golden-tailed Sapphire, Sapphire-spangled Emerald, Gray-breasted Sapphirewing, Black-throated Mango, Rufous-breasted Hermit, For-tailed Woodnymph, White-necked Jacobin, Many-spotted Hummingbird, Pale-legged Hornero, Striolated Puffbird, Amazonia Trogon, Blue-crowned trogon, Tropical Screech-Owl, Band-bellied Owl and many others.
- DAY 2: Calzada Reserve - Pomacochas
This morning we will search for some missing species. Then we will start our drive up to Pomacochas. We will do selected stops along the pave road such as Afluente at 1400 m for mix flocks species continuing with Alto Mayo, Abra Patricia ending at Pomacochas town. Night in Hotel
- Day 3-4: San Lorenzo Trail, Huembo Center
Today, there is a chance for: Pale-billed Antpitta at Lorenzo ridge forest. The fisrt part is by car to San Lorenzo village, then we will need to walk the uphill for aorund 50 minutes or more (note: this walk is not easy, it takes time and a lot of energy to climb the mountain and get up the birding spot). If we try for this area we will take box lunch with us to spend more time birding. Then we will walk down the mountain and drive to Huembo Center for hummingbirds on the feeders. The second day we will search for more species along abra patricia, alto mayo, afluente, aguas verdes all great birding spots. Nights in Hotel

- Day 5: Birding to Owlet Lodge
Today we will start early morning for some missing species near pomacochas and then abra patricia area. We will arrive to the lodge for lunch and after we will watch the hummingbird feeders and some of the trails. Night in Owlet Lodge
- Day 6: Birding to Tarapoto
Morning birding along for some missing species and After lunch we will visit start our birding drive to Tarapoto. Night in Tarapoto Hotel.
- Day 7: The tunnel, Koepecks Hermit Station - Lima
Early drive up to the tunnel for Dooted Tanager, Plumbeous Euphonia, Masked Tanager, Golden-collared Toucanet, Cliff Flycatcher and several other species found along the reserve. Then we will visit the feeders for the Endemic Koepecks Hermit. There is a chance to get also Golden-headed Manakin lek near the station with good luck White-plumed Antbird, Long-tailed and Great Potoos roosting. Then we will be back to Tarapoto to leave you at your hotel or the airport for your flight to Lima.
